Designing digital productsfrom first idea to final interface.

I’m Juan Amisano, a Senior Product & UX/UI Designer based in Winnipeg. I design SaaS platforms, AI-assisted products, ecommerce experiences and responsive digital systems, turning complex workflows into interfaces people can understand and use.

How I think when the product gets complex.

My background in psychology, teaching and digital design shaped a process built around understanding people first, making the problem visible, and then designing the system that carries the answer.

01

Understand the problem

Before screens, I look at the user, the context and what the product is asking them to decide.

02

Make the complex clear

I reduce cognitive load by organizing information, states and choices around the next useful action.

03

Design the system

Flows, components and responsive behavior need to work together, not as isolated polished screens.

04

Stay close to implementation

I design with real constraints in mind and keep the handoff clear enough to build without guesswork.

A path that kept moving closer to product.

I started in graphic design and visual communication, moved into digital experiences, then ecommerce and UX/UI, and eventually into product design. Each step added a different layer of how I think, structure and build digital products today.

Product Design focus

SaaS, complex workflows, design systems and AI-assisted products

What I bring to product teams today.

I combine visual design experience, UX/UI thinking and product structure to turn complex workflows into clear, buildable experiences.

01

Product thinking

Understand the problem, the workflow and the decision before designing the interface.

02

Visual execution

Turn complex systems into clear, polished and responsive interfaces.

03

Build-ready systems

Create reusable patterns and Figma systems that stay close to implementation.

Building something that needs to be clearer, easier to use, and ready to ship?

I help teams turn complex products, workflows and ecommerce journeys into clear interfaces, stronger conversion paths and developer-ready systems.
